Did some reading on him written by Spanish fans and whilst he’s clearly got potential - they attribute a lot of his success to the amount of chances Alex Baena created for him.
That’s three seasons in a row that Villarreal have signed a striker and then sold them for profit a year later after having a strong season (Jackson, Sorloth, Barry) and they attribute a lot of that to Baena’s creativity.
Wonder if he displaces Beto or is mostly coming off the bench

I would expect for him to choose us he’s been told he’ll be the number 9.
Sounds also a lot like McNeil will need to be the Burnley Baena!

I'm surprised he's giving up the chance to play CL footy tbh , guess the anthem is not for everyone.

Just watched some footage of him and got a big man he spends a surprising amount of time drifting wide and beating people down the wing - he’s even started some games at RW so wouldn’t be surprised to see him there at times and Beto up top.
At his age he needs to be starting most games to develop

I'm only going to get excited when I see Penguin's thread being updated.... and hoping it's not just for Michael Keane resigning.
