Another year loan costs 15 million just to cover wages can we take the chance he stays fit it’s a big gamble
15 million on a year loan is ridiculous. Brighton and Bournemouth make signings for this and sell them for triple after a few years.

In this article it quotes stats showing Grealish was worth an additional 0.6 points per game, put that over the 17 games he missed through injury. Add those extra 10 points and we are 6th. Appreciate it’s a stretch but even half the points would have put us 8th and in Europe.
Would that be worth it?

Would definitely be worth it but is gone 30 now and after a big injury it’s expensive if it doesn’t work out I would probably risk it but also would like to see George and dibling play more

It’s a difficult one. It feels like Grealish also influenced Moyes. He was a bit more adventurous when Grealish was playing and seemed to gradually go back into a play the percentages shell once he was injured. Either with or without Grealish, I’m with you on personnel, I’d hope to see us taking more risk giving players a chance to develop. Getting thrown on with 5 minutes left doesn’t help anyone.

If we give Moyes Grealish this will be his lineup every week (assuming Ndaiye has gone):
Pickford
JOB Tarks Branthwaite Myko
Rohl Garner Norgaard Grealish
KDH
Barry
The entire plan will be to stay solid, don't concede and give the ball to Grealish/KdH and hope something happens.

I can see why you’d say that. I don’t believe we’ll have JOB at RB, I’m pretty sure we’ll get an actual RB before the window closes. We averaged 2.2 points per game with Grealish, so something must have worked last season. Give us a RB and who knows? Give us a LB and the skies the limit!
The summer is a shite time especially once the window opens. The negativity escalates every day that goes by without a signing. I prefer to switch off and wait for the season to start (and the window to close) before fully wallowing in my half empty glass

Doesn’t strike me as the type who wants one last huge payday in Saudi Arabia.
I could see going back to Villa to play CL or relishing a new challenge abroad with Atletico but not that.

No pubs or clubs for him to go on the lash, can't see him being interested in Saudi one bit

Doesn't need the Saudi money. He already has more than enough to retire his family.
Doesn't even strike me as the type who is arsed with the upheaval of a move abroad just to play in the Champions League. He seemed to enjoy last year just playing football again a short drive from where he lives.
Us or Villa most likely.

Mad how Everton fans would be turning nose up for him, still baffles me.

I’d normally be concerned about the finances of it too but he’s so cracked in terms of what he does for ball retention and creativity that I don’t care.
Would love for us to get whatever football he has left in him.

Madrid isn't close enough to water for Jack's taste.
I can't see him in Saudi unless he can live in Dubai and commute.
