I didn’t go to the first one so will try to call the box office again tomorrow as it definately won’t let me buy online even when logged in to my account. Are you able to choose which stand to sit in or is it limited ?
I don’t think you can buy them unless you applied for and were allocated one through the ballot. Did you get an email confirming you had a ticket?

No I didn’t get an e.mail as I didn’t enter the ballot, just assumed that as an ST holder I could buy one given that there were 25,000 second time round.

I’m pretty sure both games were by ballot only, but worth checking with the club.

For the test event?
Because they made it clear which part was going to be the family enclosure before the main season ticket sale dates

shows what I know - I thought the ashes was cricket. I thought the pitch isn’t big enough, surely!
Liking that we are trend-setting though and being seen already as the place to be. A lot of this will be because it’s the newest and latest big thing, but some of it will genuinely be because it is an incredible venue. Let’s hope the folks in charge capitalise on this as much as possible.

Post immediately above yours says they received an email invite to buy tickets.
So it's fair to say with 30 odd thousand season ticket holders in the new place, not all season ticket holders will have been successful in being invited to this 25k attendance event

They'll only be pulling the people who booked in the family enclosure without a child then i suppose.
But, bit shit that it didn't prevent the booking in the first place to be honest.
I wonder if under 16/over 64s were able to book in the lower South stand as well?

They did make it clear that those were the family seats though didn’t they?

Yes. They spent a lot of time detailing each part of each stand in the lead up to it as well.
But, to be fair, it's easy enough to set parameters for booking tickets there and should have prevented adult-only parties from checking out.
