Not a huge surprise but Spain or Germany winners for me. On purely a footballing basis then Spain have been are the best team in the tournament and the way they smother teams and keep the game stretched with Yamal and Williams is going to cause any team huge problems. That's going to be a hell of a QF match. If Germany can get through that then they'll beat anyone.

I do rate Tedesco, so a bit surprised how Belgium have been so far. Wouldn't be surprised if they have a good go here.

Supporting them hasn’t been very different to supporting England tbh - some great players but not performing and the expectation levels border on the toxic

I do think Doku is getting gradually better. Still only 22.

His decision making is improving on when to go vs when to pass but his actual technique in kicking a ball is very poor so his shots and crosses barely threaten

I think that's a tad harsh personally. I think he already has a lot of responsibility for Belgium and for City. He occupies multiple players, and he keeps coming at you and coming at you, a bit like Gordon.

Guess he's always capable of a goal but Lukaku stunk the gaff out a bit here.
