"Star" and only 8 million quid. Either football's gone sensible or people are making things up.

Nah, I’m old school, a pacy right footed winger (Kanchelskis regen) and a pacy overlapping right back please.

Pacy, left-footed right wingers are the absolute tits. I won't believe for a moment that FM would steer me wrong here.

Would have him on loan but feel like Frank will want to keep him.

Seems to suit his system really well being a goalscoring wide forward.

Good player but he’s ImageImage, can we not have a dynamic LB who still has pace and stamina?

Lots of random links but I'm a little worried about the age profiles we are looking at if any at all are accurate

When you need as many players as we currently do, you’re going to get a diverse range of age profiles.

The linked players we’d have to spend a significant amount on have generally been younger. The players who are out of contract or available for lower fees tend to be a bit older, which is what you’d expect for squad fillers.

I think it’s going to take both types for us to have a workable squad next season. We were fairly lucky with fitness last season, a few choice injuries could’ve put us in a position where we had to lean on some poor players.

I think the idea that we are an ageing squad will certainly shift very soon, as we've let go 9 of our 11 oldest players, only Pickford and Tarky are confirmed to remain. Hope Gana does, but he's ageless, and I don't think Seamus will actually play.

Apart from those mentioned, our next oldest is Beto at 27, Myko at 26 and Iliman and Dwight at 25; both of whom are younger the league average of 26.6.

We actually have quite a young squad as it stands currently.
