That would be one hell of a long extension into the next dock wouldn’t it ? Don’t see how you can extend the footprint of the as built stadium.

I was thinking more move the stand out in to the plaza area and then the plaza area in to the newly filled in dock?

No, plans are established for Nelson dock. This is just TFG wanting to be the owners of it.

Residential in 3 squares with a hotel and "enlivening" commercial and retail on the ground floors.

Floating sports facilities on the water itself

Bit weird we've not announced an opponent for next week yet? Maybe it'll be the U21s v an everton legends team so that Everton definitely don't lose.
