I do not know the rules too much but ofcourse it feels way to strict that we get that goal disallowed.
What would be interesting is to see some kind of stats of how many times VAR has intervened in an Everton match and then the stats of how many times the VAR decision has been positive and how many times its been negative. I have a feeling that decisions has been massively negative for Everton but I might be wrong - anyone knows?

Looks 2 feet beyond the grass line which is on the 6 yard box that Armstrong is stood inside

Yeah he’s offside but doesn’t get near the ball and wasn’t obstructing the keepers view. I do t think I’ve seen a call like that for when the ball is going across the pitch rather than directly at the goalie.

We do have a fair few players out. We're playing with a significantly makeshift team here, away from home, against a team who are challenging for the title.
That's before we get into the fact we only just started spending money again after seasons of severe financial restrictions.
