Well it has been open again for a few days now!

Atlético Madrid is interested in Yuri Alberto's situation.

He's the profile being considered to replace Correa. Initial contacts have been positive.

He will leave Corinthians this summer. The price is around €20 million. Roma and Everton are his rivals.

Other than Delap I’ve not seen us linked with a striker I think is better than Beto.

Get the feeling we’re looking at younger strikers to slowly integrate into the league whilst beto is the main man.

With the form Beto showed when he had a run of games, that might be the best approach.

Especially as funds are going to be stretched trying to fill so many spots.

Having beto run the opposition into the floor for 60-70 minutes, before unleashing some raw talented striker sounds an ideal way to bed them into the team and league.

Is that so we can start spending money in the next financial window?

That’s a good point, isn’t 30th June the end of financial year for FFP?

Only guessing, but I would think so, as player contracts usually run July 1st to June 30th. Although have just read that clubs have to submit their accounts by 1st March each year, so no idea.

I can only form an opinion based on the YouTube videos I've watched of both but Doak looks way better and most importantly seems to have way more pace.

Not sure why we'd sign an RW with Ndaiye pace as we need genuine speed in the team badly.

Fellows had the top assists in the championship last season with 14 also in the top 3 in the league for chances created and forward passes made

Doesn't mean he's suited to us though, just look at how Forest performed with genuine pace on the break... We don't have a single quick player so adding another average paced winger isn't going to really be all the beneficial.

A wide player without real pace would be a pass for me. Seems silly to even consider it given how much we desperately need pace

I think the preference has to be a player with pace, but ultimately, skill on the ball is more important. It’s pointless having Usain Bolt’s speed if you don’t know what to do with it.

Clearly at the level we are trying to get to, a player with pace and skill is desired. But if I had to pick one, skill would come out in front.

And just because we would be going after Fellows doesn’t mean there aren’t others in the pipeline that are speed merchants
