Fair play to the Germans they gave that a good go, despite being the inferior side. They used their physicality and height to level the playing field a bit (with the help of the home ref).

Maybe, think Germany did well to impose themselves and definitely the better side in the second half. Spain have the quality but still lack something for me. Having said that, it felt like a match which determines the winner of the tournament. Been the best team of the tournament by a mile so far and knocking out Germany is probably the toughest task of this world cup.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned it , but early rumours of Southgate playing a back 3 and Trippier RwB and Saka LwB , and CM of Mainoo and Rice.

I think both these teams are a bunch of bells tbh, wouldn't be upset by either of them going out.
