Toney's penalty technique was amazing, in fairness to him. Must've taken so much practice to be able to do that on demand.
Our own Icelandic ghost used to do that no-look thing, too

I thought Eze was great defensively given he's not a defender at all. He was great defensively in the last game too.
I don't understand him being brought on instead of Gordon though, he's offered absolutely nothing going forward and given we have no pace in the team it's an odd choice over someone who is also defensively good but offers direct running and speed.

I'd pay to watch him, he's brilliant.

He can hit a good “one-off” strike better than Anthony. We’re relying on sparks out of nowhere and Anthony is more process and diligence a proper coach would absolutely love.

I'm not sure Southgate trusts Gordon defensively

He flaps around and gives away daft fouls all over the pitch.

He tried Bowen for 20 mins in the first game, did well. Tried Gordon for 10 mins, did well. Never seen them again.
I just don't think he likes wingers.

Probably saw his last game for us against Southampton.

Would love us to win it just for Pickford. The lad's criminally underrated at international level. Worse teams than England have won it. It's not good to watch but it's effective

Think it's safe to say neither of these teams are beating England
