Looks slow, doesn't he?
That was the most surprising thing to me, couple of times he was played into space and I thought he was in only for him to be pretty comfortably beaten to the ball.
That was really his main plus point to me to, speed can help cover a lot of learning issues and without it I’d trust him even less.

Yep I’ve been a long time advocate of this lad but he was shocking yesterday. Needs to get game time somewhere competitive asap. I’ve said before how he hardly had any professional games before coming to us (about 8 appearances for Rangers or something mad like that), but he’s been here a good while now. A loan as a starter for a top-to-mid Championship side would really sort out what level of player he is.

We can't just send all our shit to roma. Partly because they are shit but mainly because roma are significantly better than us anyway

Why would we loan him to Roma to sit on their bench instead? He’s not good enough for us, he’s not going to be good enough for them
He needs to go somewhere and play actual minutes

Getting checked for a hernia apparently. Doesn't sound like we'll even be able to loan him out if that's the case.

Feel for him.
Never sign for Rafa Benitez, kids.

I don't know. We haven't helped him but he's probably on about 50k a week having never been first choice anywhere. I think the most likely problem is that he was never good enough in the 1st place

Back in light training, think that's worse news than the current no news

Says it all that he's not even close to being our 1st choice at right back. He's absolutely terrible

Change as in as a player? Doubtful
Change as in our money back? No chance

Even some money would be nice.
Like £5m or thereabouts to Serie A to continue the trend of Scottish players finding themselves there.

Like a lot of players I think we broke him. Should have been out on loan 2 years ago - I mean it’s not like we needed an established RB at the time.
Oh hang on
