It's actually way worse than ours, we were £19.5m over on a £105m threshold, they were £34.5m over on a £61m threshold, as a percentage that's a massive breach in comparison to ours.

Depends on the amount I think. If it’s roughly the same as the first one it should be 3 pts (unless they consider double jeopardy a mitigating factor) or if it’s closer to forests loss then it could be 6 before any mitigating factors. I could be wrong but I don’t think we know the amount of the breach for the period in question

So when do we hear about the punishment for the second charge ?
