3 for a breach, 1 or 2 for severity and minus 2 for cooperation would suit me.

Roll out sleeves up and go on another run.

Hope he can find space in his diary then, feel we might need him.

I don't think the severity of the breaches have moved with the financial times in football. Is 19.5m really significant over 3 years?? How can double that be in the same category? Will it be the same category too when someone breaches by a quarter of a billion

I know it’s been asked several times in this thread but does anybody know when we will get our sentence ? We were charged at the same time as Forest

The verdict is to be announced no later than April 8th so you'd imagine our hearing will he in the next week or so.

Worry that they think we can’t afford him, probably talking about 10 x Ali’s weekly wages for this, oh wait a minute, what would be better value ?

10 days from end of Forest hearing to the decision being announced. With the Bank Holidays in the middle our hearing iuld have to be this week for them to meet that time frame surely?

They did say April time when this was announced in Jan , it's a different IC Panel to Forests so not sure why the wait . Imagine appeals go in by both the results need to be announced in the same timeframe.

Apparently they're doing our announcement live on 25th April.

The Premier League darts is in Liverpool, so the IC are going to get on stage and throw a dart each. Highest score is the points deduction.

It's like trying two people for a similar murder, not having a minimum sentence in place and one gets 4 years and the other gets 10.
To extend that analogy, it's likely that one (and only one) murderer, the 'least punished' or perhaps 'most clever' will ultimately be able to shimmy through the shit of the EPL sewerage system to redemption on the other side of the fence.

Are we the clever, composed, calculating Andy? Let's hope they're Red. Hope is a dangerous thing.

I'm actually quite flabbergasted. What is going on?

Does it just come down to, the IC here was more lenient? Didn't want the hubub that our 10 (TEN) caused? It's just mad.
