IC on Everton "I don't know that feels like a 10 pointer to me"
IC on Forest "pfft. What do we reckon, 4 points? The pub is closing soon"
IC on Man City... I wonder.
Smells very much if this.
Like one of those hopeless VAR audio clips they released.

And the EPL know we're unlikely to be able to challenge Forest's points deduction, only ours.
So what can we really do about it? Actually push for a complete withdrawal of the second charge, or even rewarded with a +2pts increase next week, to remedy the overall situation. I mean, there's now a trend that should be followed.

Lots of waffley words about what the regulator could do, but just all seems a bit vague and bullshit
“Will say clubs must consult with fans”
Ok, we’re leaving to join a European super league, we’ve consulted with fans who hate the idea, but we’re doing it anyway

Surely it can’t be as cut and dry as this IC misunderstood the decision outlined in the first one?
If it is then we’ve got to be ducks about this and push for taking it to ICAB - what the fuck is Moshiri playing at?
It’s his money on the line, if we go down he’s getting like half of what he’s trying to sell the club for yet it seems like we’re half assing our defence

The club have half assed everything else so are you surprised.
As for this whole process, it’s so fucked up and full of holes I don’t know who or what to believe anymore. They’re just making it up on the fly.

Regulator you say. Sort out the issues will they? Think OFWAT, OFSTED, OFGEN and any other regulator. The paper face of giving a fuck

I'm actually quite flabbergasted. What is going on?
Does it just come down to, the IC here was more lenient? Didn't want the hubub that our 10 (TEN) caused? It's just mad.
That was my thoughts on it, surely any favour for their cooperation would be countered by them blatently and knowingly spending way beyond what they were allowed. Well worth the risk, bring in dozens of players, lose more than double the permitted amount and only lose 4 points. It's an absolute farce, they've clearly gained a sporting advantage.

Genuinely too tired to deal with this anymore. Nothing makes sense and nothing will ever appear fair to us or Forest. I just want to get back to only having to worry about how good (or shite) we are, how beautiful our new stadium is and how sad I'll be to say goodbye to Goodison.
This whole process has been a farce from beginning to end and every time I manage to convince myself it is not a conspiracy to punish us along the PL and the IC to throw fuel on those flames. Even the sale of our club is turning into a saga longer than War and Peace.I'm sick of my once glorious club being represented as either victims or a bunch of clueless idiots with overly entitled fans.
Please just get this over with, win a couple of games, guarantee PL next season and let me bathe in the misery that is Everton on the pitch. Something tells me this will still be running come June. The "greatest league in the world" is destroying football (at lleast for me).

"Appeal it and we'll make it worse" is the actions of bullies.

To be fair by the punishment we got they've got off very lightly. An appeal probably should make it worse

So if they don't appeal it stays at 4 points, which would mean it'd be up to us to somehow appeal it... I just don't know how we'd go about that tbh.
I think as has been mentioned on previous pages our only hope is we use this as a way to not receive any further punishment, but even then I'm not sure how we argue that based on the leniency of Forest's punishment.
The whole thing is an absolute mess.
