Can we still appeal it then? Based on that? If it's currently not a "finished" judgement?

We are in breach again for 23/24 anyway. But we all knew this.

I know they’re making it up as they go along

But two separate charges for different breaches in the same set of accounts seems bizarre

And if they’re saying our next accounts are fucked, well that’s not until December so we might have sold Branthwaite soon as the window opens

So we are being punished in bits for 1 breach but city have 100 plus breaches and they can't do anything because they have to do all of them at the same time

I think worry about any second part of the breach next season. The rules are changing as well over the summer, so there's a lot still up in the air there.

For now, let's just stay up and regroup in the summer and see where we are.

The way you view this is you have a 2 point cushion over the 3 bottom teams with a game in hand.

And we have a decent run in to gather 2/3 wins from the remaining 7 games.

And our GD is better compared with the rest.

It's all in our hands.

I'm glad clarity has been brought into our situation.

Still absolute madness they haven't implemented actual guidelines like.

Wouldn’t place too much stock in the game in hand, it’s against Liverpool.

Imagine tge tension if we need it to survive and they need it to win the PL, red cards will be flying !

Liverpool don't win at Goodison that often, so I wouldn't say it's a foregone conclusion by any stretch. We could certainly nab a point from that game, if things go our way.

What baffles me is the appeal for this is the 25 may after the season is over if we get point:points back it could send some other team down the whole thing stinks
