I suspect any negotiations haven't really been about money - but how much faith we're willing to show him in terms of length of contract.

Money will I’m sure be part of it, is his last big pay day, either here or in Saudi, doubt he has a career in football once he retires as a player so he will feel the need to max out for the sake of his family.
