I'm just happy that we're back to having someone in charge who actually wants to be here. Nothing good comes from a wantaway owner as it unsettles everything.

It's good to turn the page for all involved and hopefully we can finally put some bedrock under the club that's been stood on quicksand for years now.

Interestingly, Sky Italia are saying Friedkin Jnr will take the reins at Roma with Dan Friedkin being more present at Everton, which is the opposite of what was mooted as part the first takeover proposal.
