The guardian also said... "Everton have been negotiating for several weeks to lower the asking price"

Nick Hammond. Supposed to be quite the tough negotiator apparently. We also saw this employed with Gana, where they didn't just give him what he wanted.

Apparently only a 10% sell on clause too, I was expecting something massive to reflect the low fee.
