This was why Celtic got pumped all over Europe. He's got one style and when it works it looks great but you can't do it when you're two men down or in Celtic's case against far better opposition.
Definitely. They're lucky they're up against a daft Chelsea side here. Man City will destroy them in a couple of weeks.

That should sow it up but you never know in this game.

Fully deserve to get pumped, trying to play your backline on the half line.

That Jackson is really bad btw. Nkunku would have scored 6 this half.

That felt like Roberto Martinez levels of principles over pragmatism for Spurs.

That should've been 8 or so for Chelsea.

A better team gets 6-8 against them once they were down to nine.

Could have got a result out of that as well. This Chelsea side are talented but clearly dumb as rocks. Would they have broke down a low block 10 men? Not convinced.

Giving them the option to just hit it over the backline like that was suicidal.

Yeah, Chelsea were pretty dumb too. Spurs even with 9 had some great chances and it could’ve easily been 2-2.

The way Spurs were though, was seemingly totally non aware (or didn’t care) about Chelsea’s strengths…which was kinda odd. They weren’t that far from getting away with it but you feel that was more to do with Chelsea’s wastefulness than anything else.

It’ll be interesting to see how Spurs get on in the next few weeks given all the injuries too.

He was dreadful last night. Really bizarre to that about a player that scored a hattrick, but he was.

Have to say, what a crazy game. Can’t complain it was dull. You’d take that sort of game over the Newcastle v Arsenal or Arsenal v Man City general snooze fests

Newcastle have looked pretty rough in the champions league, the PSG game aside. Think they've been thoroughly outplayed in both games against Dortmund and certainly were in Milan.

Good to see Newcastle on their way to crashing out the group stage. Hopefully bottom of it.

Another heavy pumping for Celtic, 14 games without a win in the CL now. Still, they'll gub Aberdeen at the weekend and it'll be good again.

Real Sociedad 3-0 up against Benfica within 30 minutes. They battered Inter (even though they drew 1-1) in their previous CL home match and they're on 10 points from 4 matches as it stands. The fans sound brilliant as well.

Just good to see a mid-sized genuine football club that isn't owned by an oligarch or Middle-Eastern State absolutely smashing it like that.
