Weird how other reports though have us as safe after the Dobbin sale as you said.

Looked through Ornstein's twitter feed and could not find him posting this - so must have been on a Podcast he was on.

If we needed a final bit of cash to push us over the line for this financial period and we sell Godfrey tomorrow to box that off and then we sell Onana for 60mill in a week would that cover us for the next financial period?

Maybe, but we sold Iwobi, Cannon and Simms already in this period so it's not just this weeks figures.

Yeah so I was thinking that with Godfrey it gives us about 30-40mill with that lot. So with Onana pulling in 60mill wouldn’t that give us 30 odd mill to put toward next year.

I suppose I jumped the gun a little.

Not all of Onana is profit though, as his purchase fee won't be fully amortised yet? And I can't remember how much we got for Iwobi.

Oh I thought we got Onana for 35mill and he’s been here for 2yrs and if we sold him for 60 we’d easily clear 30mill for psr. I think someone with actual knowledge in it would be better than me putting a finger in the air and winging it.

It's all made up numbers on spreadsheets anyway. There's no point any of us trying to second guess it!

It would help contribute, hard to tell how much, but would also drop off the ledger a year sooner than if we put it a week later so once we've boxed off the immediate needs it is probably best spreading it into the next period.
