The whole thing is a farce. First the don't enforce the rules and then it's a confused mess when they do as everyone tries to get round the rules which are nowhere near thorough enough.

All the while teams are trading players and selling hotels. Teams are facing different punishments for the same thing. Teams have been given different allowances and different answers to the same question about what they can get away with
