4 mins injury time is kind of a joke, the officials take almost zero account to time wasting it seems. At least if certain clubs are doing it.

Hard to know what to make of that. Pre match, Chelsea with home advantage are probably feeling the pressure to win that. Once they go down to ten, they are probably thinking a draw isn't a bad result, when they go ahead they are probably thinking they can hold on, and the complete reverse is true of Arsenal.
Considering Chelsea have basically not had Palmer all season, they are closer than I expected them to be and you'd expect him coming back would improve them.
