Meh... prove he can do it in the PL and it'll double his price. I see the logic.

Doesn't even feel like a window is open at the moment, no just for us but anyone. You look at most of the signings and they're a few million or loans, even Chelsea haven't spent half a billion on players. FFPs fucked the job for everyone now, thank god they're going to change it eh.

It’s an unpopular opinion but FFP does work in a lot of ways.
It’s just come in ten years too late.

If Danjuma leaves then we free up whatever wages we're currently spending on him, so you'd imagine we could bring someone else in on loan providing their wage contribution was equal to or less than Danjuma's.

Think it would work if the league wasn't so global. If the vast majority of clubs income was through the gate and prize money then it would be fair. The problem is the top sides now have global sponsorships that are worth more than other clubs entire turnovers and there's no way to bridge that gap
It can't be right that 10 years of mismanagement at utd still sees them as the team no one can really outspend cos of ffp. Ffp appears to have created a glass floor for utd as a champions league side most years. Brighton can't achieve that once despite being the best run club

There needs to be some cost control like, if there was no ffp city liverpool chelsea united would be even further ahead, at least this way they have to hide some of it.

Should be looking at someone like Amad Diallo. Not enough of a slow lump to be an Everton winger these days though. Half expecting Robbie Brady to show up.

Haha. The annual Ismalia Sarr link.
Weren't we at one point offering something like £2.5M over 10 years?

When does the window actually shut?
Tonight I presume.
