Don’t want to sound negative because it’s 1-0 but this line up doesn’t really work.

Nobody is actually playing LW, that’s made even worse by the fact we have a right footer at LB and the TAA in midfield thing doesn’t make sense unless you’re chasing a game

I think they've been fine tbh. Serbia are a tough team, and they've limited any threat so far. We're struggling down the left yes, and that needs to be addressed.

With TAA you're getting exactly what you would expect. It's more risky defensively, but it's much better going forward than Gallagher.

I doubt we'd set up like this against a strong team where it's not a low block most of the time, or at least we definitely shouldn't.

What is a massive difference is that we've completely dictated the pace of the game. It's all controlled, like a real top team.

Need a second goal. Think Serbia will realise at half-time they had a bit of joy in the last 20 minutes then and be more direct.

England have been okay but salvaged by Bellingham and Saka imo.

Felt like England missed a ball winner in midfield in the second half of that first half.

Keep going on about it but Mainoo, Gallagher and Wharton should all be ahead of Alexander-Arnold in midfield. He's given the ball away under little pressure three times in his own half in those 45 minutes.

Yeah we’ve dominated large parts despite Foden and Kane doing very little, Trippier offering nothing and TAA giving it away a few times

Yeah TAA has been fucking awful, even his set piece delivery has been wank.

For a player that's supposed to be comfortable on the ball he's been a liability in possession... I really hope this dispels the myth he's some sort of English Pirlo
