I don't think we'll see point deductions for this anymore. Chelsea have taken the piss so much that the Premier League will want it all to quietly go away.

I don't know the PL statement basically says we'd have docked them points if not for the panel's ruling.

I think they're quite happy slapping points deductions on the teams that basically aren't a threat so they have something to point to and say "look we're governing ourselves".

Just don't give a shite about any of it anymore.

So am I reading that correctly... Basically PSR rules can't be applied for breaches whilst a club was in the Championship because the Premier League have no authority over what happens outside their own competition?

Yep think so , and the loop hole was that when they submitted the accounts in the very last day of the financial year they W er re no longer a prem team and when they charged them in March


Not sure but they should have just waited till they became a prem team and then charged them

Sheffield utd went back down and then got charged and points deducted for 22-23 season.

The PL are definitely a bunch of thick twats
