It does indeed, any additional deduction only penalizes the fans and a owner who had nothing to do with the previous transgressions.

I'd be amazed if there was another deduction. Think they'd have to show that the extra expenses they have now decided do count against ffp would have seen the last 2pts deduction increase

I suspect it's more a ruling on if the way we did the accounts will be allowed going fowards rather than issuing punishment because we already had a punishment for that time period

Them winning their case against the PL last season was pretty embarrassing for the PL powers that be and I'm sure that their accounts will be scrutinised by the PL who will be looking for any opportunity to save a bit of face.

Any threat of punishment this season should be met with the strongest rebuttal that the investigation into Man City's alleged wrongdoings over multiple years is still yet to be concluded. The findings are still not yet in the public domain and perhaps they should concentrate on completing historical cases before handing out new sanctions. How long has it been now with City?

It fucking grates on me that we got punished TWICE last season, whilst Chelsea were allowed to sell assets to themselves and get away with it, Man Utd were afforded massive leeway with their "losses" and City can just carry on kicking the can down the road.
