Can’t find where he’s said this, though

A lot of the comments seem to say he said it on twitch
I don’t know what this is!

It’s either a video game streaming platform or something like Grinder.
Either way, I’m down with it.

Juve journalist, just under 100k followers
Yeah, I've had a look at him too, seems credible.
Been stung by this type of thing before though, so I won't start windmilling in celebration just yet.

Either this, or Alan could just be out of the loop of course...

Yeah Myers means well, but I don't feel like he's had the inside scoop for a long time, and probably even less now with so mamy changes at the club.

I wouldn't be in to Soucek but at £12m Vs £30m+ for Jacob Ramsey I could see the logic.
I'd rather we paid £12m for Soucek and £30m on a RW than the other way round (i.e. £30m a number 10 and £12m on a RW).
It's most likely the same as most rumours, especially those where it's linking a manager to a former player, completely made up. So doubt we need to really worry to much about this one.
12m on a 30-year old, non-elite player is absolute madness. He will be on high wages, and with a guarantee of no re-sale value.
Everything I've seen this window indicates that the new ownership is (rightly) wage-conscious. Which is why I am only flap-curious.

Everton have beaten off competition from West Ham in the race for Douglas Luiz.
The toffees are closing in on a loan with a buy obligation for the Juventus midfielder.
@GiovaAlbanese
Let it be so!

Never gets caught offside but he flags every game.
Sometimes when he has a bad game he allows players to walk all over him.

£12m is nothing these days
