Some weird energy in this match.

Gyokeres so hyped he just beat everyone in the box plus his fullback with a cross from the byline.

You can almost feel the insecurity from both of these sides.

United wanting to be one of the big boys, Arsenal wanting to be title contenders, nobody really buying it for either.

Would be 0-0 but for a keeper mistake.

Another boring game of football.

Whole thing is becoming too robotic and too stop start isn’t it?

Arsenal take so long with their set pieces it completely kills the momentum of a game.

I barely remember a recent Arsenal game that was fun to watch. It's another grind.

I think Man United are trying a bit to be fair, I imagine they will do better this year and will have enough up top to trouble a few more teams this season. Maybe Sesko will help second half? Arsenal just happy to do what they do.

Don't like this half time stuff.

I don’t see how you have that much money to spend and still end up with a Casemiro-Fernandes midfield in the year 2025.

And Bayindir in goal whilst Pickford lines up for Everton

Man U are just playing like a defensive transition team, with Mbeumo camped out in the opposition half, the way the shite used to use Salah. It'll work for games like this, but I'm not remotely convinced with their squad across the season.

Shhhh.

I honestly think there has been a bit of a media/fan perception he's short and erratic and lucky to be England keeper that's helped keep bigger sides away. Media/pundits always foaming at the mouth to replace him in goal for England with whichever flavour of the month is doing ok (Ramsdale, Pope, etc) and none of them watch most of our games.

So much better than anything Man United, Chelsea, Spurs have...but I think those guys just want the next hipster keeper.

Be interesting to see what Gyokeres does when he comes on.

Mbuemo and Gyokeres both have the ball on the counter with loads of space infront of them. Mbuemo turns back and plays it to the centre half. Gyokeres runs out wide and falls over.

£150m worth of talent there. Neither anywhere near good enough to justify that money.

Interested to see how Madueke does on the left. He could be a player there potentially.

Feels like this league is already between Man City and Liverpool. If it wasn't so already.

Hate how arsenal approach the game.
