Did well again and got another goal.
Should have started.
DCL is so far off it. The turn back when he was in on goal had me up the wall.

He is a carnage magnet. Not sure I'm giving him credit for the keeper having the strength of an 8 year old though.

He's crap isn't he, but he is game.
DCL all round game literally light years ahead of him, but the big man causes different problems.

What all around game? Maybe in past seasons but certainly not this one, other than a match or two in the fall. No assists that I can recall. His hold up play has been entirely unimpressive as of late. Mostly he just runs the channels out wide, gets the ball and then passes it back to our outside mids with no one in the box.
He’s literally adding nothing at this point.

That's what he's being asked to do mate, that's the plan. Nobody anywhere near you so do your best to keep hold of the ball until the wingers or Doucoure can catch up.
Or he drops in, takes a touch and either wins a foul or lays it off.
Beto can't do any of that stuff whatsoever. Dom is miles miles miles better than him at that. But Dom honestly looks like he will never score again, while Beto looks like he might even if it's an accident so like, there's a choice to be made certainly.

We're not exactly setting the world alight with Dom leading the line, so play the striker that might actually score.

Or play the 2 together because neither of our wingers are producing anything anyway

Dcl needs better crosses from better positions to be scoring under Carlo most of his goals were 6/8 yards out under dyche he is just contesting long balls and long deep crosses he should have more goals this season for sure but looks worn out from chasing around like more of them

Beto has no problem getting on the end of them.
It’s all on Dom. The injuries are probably playing a big part.

Got more goals in half the minutes than DCL has.

Think you’ve got to just put your faith in Beto at this point as he still actually remembers where the goal is. He’s chaotic and sometimes it comes off. Also crucially seems like his head hasn’t dropped
DCL needs us to be playing higher up the pitch. Where Carlo focused everything on him and he repeated the rewards it seems like Dyche isn’t the manager to get the best out of Dom

I think he's getting on the end of them because he doesn't press, pull out wide and drop deep the way Dyche expects DCL to do.
Feel like the only way he could be on the end of stuff is if he stops following Dyche's orders and goal hangs more.
But that doesn't solve the issue that McNeil who's the most likely provider was playing essentially as a LWB and nowhere near to the areas of the pitch required to provide any sort of creativity / crosses from decent positions.

That’s exactly it how many times yesterday did McNeil turn back to lay it off for a cross but Godfrey can’t use his left so ends up going back further myko was a big loss
