Sounds like she's liaising with the club to resolve it, but still went the BBC to moan about it.
Awful generation this.

I noticed a few of the stones looked worn and some had scuffs on already.
I was heartbroken for the guys who's stone is on a grid.
What did absolutely blow me away at Mansfield though (seemed to be locked off after the Brighton game, so I never got round to it): outside that west stand with the seating style steps. Just draw-dropping from the outside
Only went for a quick peek myself as was running a little late but looks like a nice place to go chill before a game.

Just seen that email about Everton Way being shut from Monday until the Villa game whilst they do some work on the south stand.
Wonder what they're doing?
More than likely replacing the broken pane of glass

I thought that, but 2 weeks seems excessive to sort that.

There's the glass and lighting to sort out on the signage. The roofs are supposed to be covered in dark grey screed and I think there is some site tidying still to be done too.

Paying a bit more attention to the kop than usual this afternoon to look for reasons why it looks dense (in both senses) where our South stand doesn't yet, including:
- lower profile vomitories, with coloured signs masking the concrete headers to some degree
- slightly narrower stairways, painted yellow as relatively low contrast so less prominent
- safe standing rails painted red, bit of a no brainer for us to implement eventually
The disabled areas we've discussed a couple of times, and as I say the modular nature of the stand should make them simple to move or reduce in size while still accommodating the same disabled capacity in the stand, e.g. by repurposing the front row, as Anfield and other stadiums commonly do.
However I think the biggest reason for the stand looking a little spread out is one we've actually celebrated, which is the rake of the stand and the visual effect of seeing the crowd from a higher angle. The Yellow Wall works because the crowd isn't constrained by seating so packs together and moves organically.
I think if we colour the concrete, stairs, and rails, that will be half the battle. But it may be as much as can realistically be done.

I found this to be a real good insight into the more expensive experience at HD.
Realise that some might not like it... it is a bit 'prawn sandwich brigade', and it is a Brighton fan taking advantage of what would probably be considered 'home' tickets but it's the world football at the elite level has moved to.
For someone like myself that will likely only make it to a game every few years I'm definitely considering splashing out.
Everything about the place looks unreal, and from someone that's experienced all 92 league grounds (and more) he genuinely seems massively impressed, not least by the noise!

I saw that guy's video, I agree with you. For those who only go once in a blue moon, that posh experience might be worth it. I think he said he paid 250 pounds so not really that bad for what he got. I thought he was a neutral though and not a Brighton fan.

I don’t know if that’s the club view or something else but I’ve seen a lot of stuff saying club view is a complete rip off.

They're all a rip off but people will pay them as a one off. Club View is seats on the half way line, a programme, meet some former players and food voucher for £200, I think that's where there was a few empty seats V Brighton.

You can get premium tickets for almost any ground in the UK if you want to pay. We have just never had them so aren’t used to it.
It’s great for the club as the margins are massive and also good for fans who just want to go once or twice a season to a game.
