Hold on a minute... So this isn't a legal case, but a faux legal case brought forward by the Premier League that has no real standing in a court of law?
And the body that failed to penalise us when they should have under Thier own rules has resided over a case of us being sued for something that happened because they themselves didn't apply their own rules correctly.
Consider me confused!

David Phillips KC, Alan Greenwood and Nick Igoe who made the panel that gave Everton their original 10 point deduction heard were the same panel that heard this case with Burnley

Dickie Masters strikes again. It's been a while.
I smell something very suspicious here and there appears to be a pattern emerging.
Points deductions, refereeing decisions, fines.
There needs to be a seperate inquest into the treatment of this club not adjucated by the PL.
