I am surprised that he's still getting employed after his shambolic terms at Spurs and Saudi.

Forest fans are right behind Cooper as well, so probably makes it harder for Santo.

He did do well at Wolves tbf but the football is a bit negative as they struggle to score goals as it is.

Loads of Forest fans wanted Cooper sacked for a while, and are hugely frustrated with the media portrayal that they all want him to stay. It's a mixed bag.

No experience of Forest fans in person, thankfully. Just going off what I read on their forums. The poll from last week seemed pretty comprehensive! https://www.forestforum.co.uk/index.php ... 6/page-643

Forest Fan TV (their biggest youtube channel) all want him sacked, and all their polls have a majority that wanted him sacked. Most of them are season ticket holders, and they also say there's a lot of others who want him sacked but don't get covered in the media too much. Also, a lot of the online community want him sacked. They're having a Happyclappers v Gloryhunters type battle in the fanbase.

I know plenty want him to stay as well like, but I think it's a lot more mixed and split than it's portrayed. 1 win in 13 while slipping to 17th and spending a shitload of money is enough to put anyone under pressure.

He was given players on a plate though, way above their station, was that much down to him or the influential agent?

Isn't it Saudi super Cup which he won? which is more like a community shield contested between 4 teams

I'm kinda surprised he got sacked (well only a little), I expect Cooper would've ultimately kept them up...but yes they spent a lot and that does mean more pressure. I expect Nuno will make them more defensively minded, he probably needs to get off to a good start though as if the football goes a bit crap and the results don't improve then they could end up in trouble if they lose the fans.

Their owner has invested a lot, and they are flirting with P & S issues themselves. I think their idea was to stay up first season, and really be pushing for top 10 second season, with eventual European football (like a lot of clubs). Like any club, doing well brings expectation and Forest fans still conceive of themselves as a huge club, rightly or wrongly.

It was the agent, the one who runs the club.

Won't improve them for me.

But it's not like they're gonna go down based purely on the state of that bottom 3.

Doesn't matter who they appoint, unless his surname rhymes with Jampard, they won't go down. Bottom three look worse than them.

Seems like a waste of money. Pay one fella off and hire another one who may be marginly better if they're lucky.
