If we're talking best Welsh players in the Premier League, a prime Bale for Spurs was better than Giggs.
For me it would be Henry, Bergkamp and Scholes.

Giggs was an exceptional player in fairness, and some of his off field issues since have probably taken the shine off what a player he was.
Also Gerrard and Suarez both deserve a mention realistically. Vieira also deserves a mensh. Yaya and David Silva. Bale for sure, although he maybe didn't stay long enough to really crystalise his Prem legacy.

Probably not the greatest ever but for me it’s Cantona. He just epitomises the early Premier League for me and was so influential for that United team

Feels like Giggs is getting some serious under appreciation here... Although given his personality I'm not too unhappy about it really, deserves to be forgotten as an world class player given recently revelations.

FAVOURITE: Dennis Bergkamp - this guy was a magician
BEST: Thierry Henry - assists, goals, power, pace and skill
I'll mention one player, who can get overlooked sometimes - David Silva, he's the best player of the Man City cheat years IMO. KDB obviously not far behind though.

Yeah Bernardo Silva isn't even on the top 25 of all time Premier League, maybe top 50 at a push... Class player no doubt, but not a patch on KDB, Vierra, Gerrard (sadly), Scholes... And that's just midfielders, Cantona, Zola, Bergkamp, Henry etc etc etc.
One of those players whose brilliant without being that extra few % that makes for a bonified legend.
