Fans Forum: "The club need to do better at maximising revenue streams."
Club: "We'd like to announce our new kit and apparel deal at a much higher rate than before, increasing our revenue."
Fans Forum: "Great. Well done!"
Castore: "Here's your new kit priced in line with kits across the league."
Fans Forum: "Oh no, you misunderstood. We didn't want you to increase revenue from the fans. We meant someone else should pay more."

I get both sides really, I read an article a while back that on kits clubs don't really make enough money to make that much of a difference to revenue, it says clubs typically make 7.5% commission on sales, according to the article (link below) 2021/22 we sold 468,000 shirts, total revenue £12.6m from that we get 7.5%, so it is worth £945,000 to the club.
Which would cover a player on £12,500 a week.

So what went wrong in the production that what was originally supposed to be the away ended up the third shirt, and vice versa?

Ran out of white polyester?
I like this one. Has a bit of a retro feel to it.

I take my hat off to Luton, great club, not having a new shirt design for this season, using same as last year, saves supporters and parents a fortune not to mention the environmental benefit.

I remember the early 2000s a rule coming in that stated a shirt had to last 2 years.
They alternated releasing a home kit one year and an away kit the next.
Or have a made that up?
There was definitely a 2-year guarantee on international kits. Willing to believe I've just made up the former after misremembering the latter

It always was alternating years when I was a kid from the late 80s and into the 90s

Has anyone got any of the new kit who can compare to how it sizes against the Hummel ones?

I didn't buy a hummel shirt but can compare to older shirts if that helps?
I feel like the medium is bigger than usual, and the large felt really big on me.

This is also my recollection.

I sort of assumed the Premier League had it's own font for names and numbers that each club had to use?
