Just watched it now, he was already only 10 degrees to the horizontal by the time he was able to drag his leg to initiate contact with Wan Bissaka. He was on the floor whether he was able to create contact or not.
Contact (a foul) needs to happen before the reaction to it.
One of the most blatant dives you'll see.

Madrid-City, because I think Arsenal will beat Bayern comfortably. The City game feels a bit closer to call.

Madrid v City for me as well. Mostly because Arsenal are incredibly boring.
