I guess Gnonto is a couple of years younger with a year longer on his contract (2027) but after the season both have just had then Leeds have either undervalued Summerville or overvalued Gnonto considering that latter is being quoted for I think a slightly higher fee.

Very good deal for West Ham.

From what Leeds twitter says, seems like he had some sort of release clause.

Got to be honest I don't really see it with gnonto. He did okay last season for 1 of the best championship sides. The numbers being talked about seem crazy. Saw 40m somewhere that feels like about 3 times what he's really worth

Obviously a couple of years older and a year less left on his contract but at that price then you'd think Man United would have gone for him after JB

Wonder if West Ham might find themselves in some PSR trouble? Find it hard to believe Fulkrug, who was scoring goals on the way to a champions league final for Dortmund last season, has gone to West Ham for anything but a huge amount in terms of wages.
