I bitch and complain about getting away from the stadium; but that walk into town on a summers day after a win? Ludicrous and proper Wembley Way vibes already.

Going to be rammed with pubs and venues in 5 years time. Little (quite big) park half way, Liverpool waters on the right and 10 Streets on the left.

Think it's a 25 year plan, so a quarter in a decade is probably a reasonable amount in terms of "activation energy"
