The planning for the summer needs to start in January.

It screams of chaos moving to a new stadium, whilst searching for a new manager and then identifying the players the DoF wants to bring in for a new manager, together with deciding who to keep and who to bin off with the number of players out of contract.

Too much going on, it needs bedding in from Jan not the summer.

If we are comfortably staying up by Jan then there's no reason to rush a decision but once he is gone it's definitely a, so long and thanks for all the fish moment

January is in two weeks and we are still under the same ownership, next season will be transitional not transformative, what Silas says.

As I thought, backs to the wall, down the trenches and back to basics brings back results.

I’m seeing people saying this is how we play all the time but we haven’t this season.

We’ve been playing a high line with no press which has made us so easy to play through.

Even against United the set up was vastly to yesterday.

This is the dyche template. He’s comfortable managing teams at the bottom of the league because he has a system that gets you out of trouble.

The issue seems to be when he gets a team up the league and has the chance to kick on.

This is why I’d still make the change as soon as we can as I think we have a squad of players that’s better than where the league tells us.

Yeah he enjoys the fight he doesn't know what to do with anything more than that

I think we need to look for a new manager that will take us forward, not just tread water week after week.
Other teams seem to find these young managers who tend to do quite well, yet we always go for tried & trusted dinosaur managers

I'm hoping the new owners have a complete fresh rebuild

Am sure that we are looking for a new manager, the point is if Dyche has us comfortably safe then let’s not make a panic appointment in a couple of weeks time, scour the field for that young dynamic manager, identify him and let him observe and plan with the probably new DOS for the close season activities in the transfer market.

Good result yesterday but more a result of our keeper having a great day and a bit of luck but a good away point need to try and keep the ball a bit better though

I was listening to soccer Saturday and I think they described Dyche pretty well, it went along the lines of you know what your getting and his sides are always capable of getting results like this, they are set up well and they work for each other and his teams generally stay in the league, but, you wouldn't want a season ticket to watch it.
That last point is where we are as a collective I think, I understood the appointment and think he did well, but this approach doesn't have longevity and as a fan base you want to watch football, and this isn't it, and his time has come.

It is a bit chicken and egg though. Hes only ever managed sides with no budget who's sole objective is to stay in the division. That never has longevity because eventually you get relegated
