Not sure you appreciate our fuck off massive debts. Just the major players, before any interest (which is pretty excessive):
£200m Image & Rights Media
£140m MSP
£190m 777
Moshiri wants at least £500m
Then whatever stadium funding still required
A billion doesn’t get you very far at all
You must be fun at parties.

Don't see moshiri getting anywhere near 500m. For a start that was the biggest number 777 had to pay with all sorts of reductions. Plus at them numbers only 777 were interested
Mike Ashley didn't get half a billion for Newcastle (I don't think) with no debt and no ffp issues

I would imagine tge £200m image & Rights loan woukd just remain on the books as a liability.

Hopefully
Although they vetoed MSP investing further/taking over as they wanted their money paid off first

You’re right, they vetoed 777 unless the loan was repaid but I suspect that was only because they (like we all) considered 777 to be dodgy, if a financialy solid buyer comes in they would be more likely to let the loan roll over.

It’s not just assets - debt, it’s also forward looking revenue that is important. That is due to grow substantially.
The debt is very relevant in the sense of being able to refinance all of the short term bridging loans to get the stadium over the line, into one long term bond. If we can refinance into a 30 year bond at an attractive rate of interest, then we should be in a great position going forward. That is what Spurs have done and is the model to follow.

If you consider our shirt sponsorships in the last decade I wouldn't be relying on the naming rights to break any records.

I just want the next group to be business savvy people who bring the club into the 21st century.

Obviously Usmanov had that sorted but that's gone now. I don't see us getting any naming rights for the new stadium, Spurs still haven't managed for one of the biggest stadiums in London and they have two or three NFL games a season. I think Levy wants about £25m a year which is a big lump but if they can't attract someone I don't see how we can.

Now onto these guys.
Surely there is enough out there for the PL to deem these clowns unfit?

I take it the rumours of the New York Yankees owner talking over are just bollocks?

I figured as it hadn't gained much traction it was filed under "bollocks".
