We're going down next week for a couple of nights to do the Goodison tour at long last, I'll need to swing round there and have a look, I've not been to BMD since it was barely above ground.

Did he say that they would start “seeding” the pitch next week ? Always assumed they would lay turf ?

No all the grounds are seeded now the turf is very hard to get to establish roots this way we have nearly 12 months to let it grow and establish

Would love it if the first time the scoreboard is turned on, it looks like the old one from the 80s with the slightly orange bulbs.
Then some static interference and transitions in to the state of the art 4k plasma or whatever it is.
