Watching Martin O'Neill grandstanding as Celtic boss for the next month or so is going to be excruciating.

Hearts held too. Celtic 7 behind with a game in hand now..

Chermiti dropped to the bench but came on at half time for Rangers.

Kettlewell might be in trouble at Kilmarnock, that's five defeats on the bounce.

It definitely feels like Celtic and Rangers are back to normal now that they both have new managers and fully expect Celtic to win the title with Rangers second.

Back to boring boring SPL

Hearts beaten by Aberdeen, Celtic 4 behind with a game in hand.

Never mind, it was fun while it lasted.

I'd hoped Hearts would at least make a go of it until January but they play Celtic in a couple of weeks so Celtic will probably be top before Christmas.

At least he took Chermiti off our hands for £10m

Think that's part of the reason he got sacked!

Is that weird timing? Think Rohl, who was their appointment, has won every match in the league so far.

They always seemed like dead men walking tbf

Sounds to me like there was maybe a difference of opinion on January activity etc, it certainly doesn't sound like they were all on the same page. I'd heard that Stewart and Thelwell over ruled Cavanagh in the appointment of Rohl so maybe that hasn't gone down well with him either. Strange timing though, after all the turmoil so far this season you'd think they'd want a bit of stability.

My nephew just messaged me to say he hopes Thelwell gets a new job before January and can buy Chermiti again. :)

It had gotten too much I think.

He was being fronted by Rangers fans in hotels and all sorts.
