Would imagine someone else would be willing to pay more if he doesn't meet the criteria with us.

Most likely. Only downside is it could turn into a bidding war if another club likes him and are not starting him to try to get a better deal.

If Moyes wants him he will crowbar him into the first eleven to activate it.

Teams aren’t going to bid higher than £15m for a player who can’t start for Everton.

Come on. If we want him he’ll be ours.

Just need to make it happen, absolutely no point making it more complicated than it needs to be, he's clearly worth £15m so just need to ensure he's our player next season.

I'd assume that we could just agree to the 15mil fee regardless of appearances etc.

Nice part is it’s €15m (£12.5m).

A very reasonable fee for someone that’s played at Juve and in the PL.

🗞️Everton have automatically activated the buy clause in Charly Alcaraz’s deal since he has played 8 games.

Everton will pay €18M for the Argentinian Midfielder

Happy with this.

Get Doucourè gone, get this guy in the middle and notice the immediate improvement.

Got plenty of scope to improve too due to his age.

perfect is the enemy of progress brapster.

he's better than what we have, has lots of room for improvement, and isn't going to cost a ridiculous fee.

Felt like we went through the Bolasie years hearing this exact point for every single signing.

We didn't have the benefit of seeing those signings actually play for us though, and we paid stupid fees and wages for almost every one of those signings.

I don't think this signing would be comparable really.

Already seen enough to know he’s worth signing.

Good player, loads of energy, decent on the ball, versatile.

Could be a very good signing in the long term.

Him and ndyaie is a nice base to start from in rebuilding that attack.
