He’s got no clue what he’s doing.

He’s so, so bad.
Second goal comes from him getting rinsed out wide, which happens constantly. It’s a myth that he’s a good defender.
God knows what moyes is thinking with him as an attacking inverted fullback. The lad can’t even judge where the ball is going, nevermind do something with it when he gets it
Fair play, moyes is looking to do something progressive with that position but mykolenko is not it.
Might as well play garner in that position if they’re going to spend a lot of the time in the middle of the pitch.
Do not give this fella a new deal. Just cut our loses and run. He’s not even worth being a back up.

Hartman at Burnley has four assists this season.
Said we should have got him in the summer. Cost £10m I think.
Shot down as per.
Whatever.

There’s a lot of competition for that slot.
Could warrant its own thread.

If I ever see Benitez on the street, I'm going to punch him in his fat stomach.

Why the fuck did Benitez have to fall out with Digne.
That January transfer window of Patterson, Mykolenko, Dele Alli, El Ghazi and van der Beek plus Lampard becoming manager.
*shudder*

The perceived wisdom at the time was that we should be selling Digne at his age and getting in two younger full backs with potential, which is fine in theory but look how that turned out.
We didn't realise how good we'd had it, on the back of, and in comparison to Leighton he perhaps wasnt as good. But by god did we make the wrong choice selling him. It was further shedding of quality, with no upside, except and unless it was the only reason we avoided FFP sanctions.
