Couldn’t agree more…however there’s a difference between want and willing to pay….in the end meet in middle scenario especially if he says he wants to leave…..

We’ll never know the details of any purchase but surely if theyre sticking point is a sell on fee….sure our negotiators would state drop the initial fee say 10% and we’ll up any sell on fee by 10% ? The sell on fee be in place say for 5 Years only.
Surely if his potential turns out to be as great as everyone expects our return would be a lot greater than losing out on him…and our full return would cover their 35%….HOWEVER if it doesn’t t we won’t need to sell and they won’t get anything anyway…
