Would you consider Barry a youth player?

For the purposes of being eligible to play in the tournament - yes.

Are we really saying the U-21 Championship is not a youth tournament?

What the fuck is that U21 bit for in the name?

He’s a useless kopite anyway. Lies in bed getting overwhelmed listening to you’ll never walk alone.

Do you feel that this article, outlining the rules for which specific year a player must be born in order to be eligible for the tournament, is strong evidence for or against your argument that the U21 Championship is not a youth tournament?

It means that, for the 2025 tournament, players can feature if they were born on or after 1 January 2002 - meaning they were 21 or younger at the start of the year in which qualification began.

Depressing when Forest can sign 5 new players in a week and we’re still scraping around looking for bodies to fill gaps that have been apparent since 2023.

They've signed 2 this week. The same as us.

I’m simply saying that a tournament where 23 year old Premiership millionaires compete can hardly be called a youth tournament, but fine, that’s me done.

Would be ideal that. Are we meaningless enough to Villa for them to be OK with that?
