That's woeful.
Mind you he did OK at that level with Derby didn't he? Or did he? Think he made the play offs with them.

He borrowed 2 players from Chelsea and finished in the same position but with 1 more point than the last manager (6th)

Shame, I like Coventry but it's a massive downgrade on who they had and quite possibly seals their relegation.
