Thankfully we don't have an active PSR thread any more, so I'll put this nonsense here

Will be thrown out. We served our ridiculous punishment by the hands of the Premier League and their silly little process.

I genuinely don't know how we can be liable. We received a punishment. How is it our fault if they don't like the punishment or the timing of it

Also under their theory if we'd comfortably stayed up that season but been relegated the next because of the deduction.... we could have sued Luton?

Borson reckons Burnley have a good chance, and that it's a potential dry run for cleaning bs who've missed out at the hands of city.

Remember we have admitted fault.

What would the punishment be? Paying Burnley compensation?

We can't keep being punished for the same thing over and over, it's getting absolutely ridiculous.

If they win and set a precedent, it's going to cause absolute chaos if these Man City and Chelsea charges are proven.

The Premier League was always going to eventually swallow itself up through the sheer greed of clubs, owners, agents and players, maybe this is the start.

Nobody suing Forest for the same thing then?

It's totally unreasonable that we'd have to pay when we've been subject to the punishment handed out by the PL. Like what could we possibly have done differently, asked the FA to give us more punishment?

Being successfully sued by Brexit FC would be the final insult

We employed that bellend Sean Dyche. Surely that must be punishment enough.

They're going to have to prove that signing Sigurdson gave us an advantage of more than 4 points compared to them not signing Sigurdson?

Good look with that
