Will be thrown out. We served our ridiculous punishment by the hands of the Premier League and their silly little process.

I genuinely don't know how we can be liable. We received a punishment. How is it our fault if they don't like the punishment or the timing of it

Also under their theory if we'd comfortably stayed up that season but been relegated the next because of the deduction.... we could have sued Luton?

If they win and set a precedent, it's going to cause absolute chaos if these Man City and Chelsea charges are proven.
