Moyes said a while back he's too old for relegation battles and wants Everton challenging at the top end. I think this is part of the problem tbh.
If he wants quick improvements to a significant level it means bringing in the likes of Luiz, Kubo etc... so we've targeted players we can't get instead of players we can and accepting it'll take a long time to rebuild.
Moyes wants to cheat code it by getting young players who tick the sell on value requirement whilst already having the quality to get us up in the European spots in a season or two.... Great in principle but the reality is it's unfeasible and has meant we're well short now the season has started.
Maybe it'll pan out ok and we'll see someone like Kubo relent and agree to join us when no one better comes along, but really we need to throw idealism out the window here and just buy players that are going to fix the glaring issues even if they aren't absolute world beaters in the making.

Assume it’s the same people who made up that moyes and the new owners had stopped the leaks months ago.
Leaks will always happen. It’s part of the game. Silly from moyes to get so annoyed over it.

Rabiot’s a diva. No way.
Not sure about Rowe as a person for the dressing room but very intrigued by his ability. That one is worth exploring.
