Would have thought his second the other week was over 0.6 all by itself.

Another thing of note, is that Ipswich, Wolves and Leicester are all riding their luck massively at the moment.

It's almost as if McNeil scores worldies that most players wouldn't, and doesn't score tap ins... Fuck me sideways, what insight πŸ˜‚

Do you reckon he gets 5+ league goals this year if you had to put money on it

Β£10 on him getting 7 and 9 assists, feeling him at the mo, even if he looks absolutely exhausted all the time.

Has never got above 3.5xg in the prem in his career.

Maybe all the 40 yarders will go in!

I would put Β£25 on him getting 6 or 7 goals

Do I think he'll get 5 league goals this season when he's already on 3? Yes I'd say the odds are heavily stacked in his favour.

Had a difficult season last year but scored 7 league goals the year before playing out wide... He has a good chance of equalling or beating that this year.

We have many things to worry about, McNeil's xga is not one of them.

You defo fume when he scores a belter.

Enjoy the screamers. He’s been boss so far.

Offers more than just screamers and hoofing it in the box.

Nice! Wonder what stopped him every other year? Probably not worth worrying about.

It genuinely used to annoy me when sigurdsson scored so I'm not quite at that level with McNeil.

I like him, he's one of the few we've got who can actually play a bit of football and the thought of him, Ndiaye, Lindstrom and DCL linking up in different ways is quite appealing.

I do wish he was better obviously, and he's got his weak parts to his game, and when his form drops he's unwatchable, but I enjoy it immensely when he has those bursts of looking like a proper proper player.
