It's not two tier though, at least not in the sense of there being a break to accomodate boxes and a concourse. When it's full it will look like a single tier, especially with the lower half standing.

If they do have the big EFC in white on those seats. They should paint the division portion white where the upper/lower break in the lettering is, blue along the rest of course.

Was about to post the same thing. All the benefits of a single tier stand are still there.

What does it matter ? when the stadium is full you don’t see any of that, it’s only visible when nobody is there.
